great plant! It seems to be the real M.karwinskiana with the typical black spines. Most plants labeled karwinskiana I know are M.confusa. But yours I think is the real one.

By the way, all of the plants I got from you last year are in very good condition. Some have flowers these days. It's a pleasure to see them grow, thx!
