Neither of the two plants that I kept have developed those long central spines, nor yet flowered, so well done!
I have this plant in my records as Mammillaria mystax ML359 not karwinskiana, and Thomas Linzen in MSJ 2009 - 1, says that it is close to M. mystax and to M. multiseta, but distinct, and in habitat rarely produced a strong central spine.
I note that you sent me ML362, which is from the same location as ML359, have these flowered yet?
