My first guess would be something like M. zublerae, which is according to some a subspecies of prolifera. I did briefly think of forms of elongata/echinaria, but the hair like radials don't fit with that.
Hopefully others will offer views.

In view of the apparent self-fertility of this plant and in view of the rarity of the not self-fertile and not very floriferous M. zublerae, I think that this is a rather typical M. prolifera.
