Hello again. A few days ago I bought a small for the time being globular Mammillaria but unfortunately the plant came with no ID. I tried to identify it but I am lost... I thought it could be Mammillaria carnea...

or maybe M. multiseta? Laughing
I know that this is a confused name, but the plants shown in Reppenhagen's 2 volume work on Mammillaria shows a plant quite like yours. Hunt says that this is just a form of M. mystax, but it is a bit different, especially in flower colour, and I don't believe it is as variable in spination as M. mystax. If you are a splitter, then that's probably your name. But I am sure that it is a plant from the variable M. mystax complex, so M. mystax is good if you prefer broad species definitions.
