could it be mammillaria jaliscana?
4/6 reddish central, the lowest hooked?

Can you take a close look between the tubercles to see if there are axils at the base between them? If so, then definitely a Mamm and not a Parodia.

OK, then I'll go with Walter in suggesting M. moelleriana.

From counting spines alone, it could probably be either moelleriana or jaliscana, but the appearnce of the plant is much more moelleriana.

One characteristic to look at is how the spines emerge at the apex of the plant. M. moelleriana is usually very crowded with young tubercles and their spines, giving a really spiny appearance to the crown of the plant. M. jaliscana tends to be more open there, and whiter, as the central spines emerge a little later as the plant grows.
