| M. geminispina from Meztitlan, Hidalgo. Clumps of these species can be seen from a long way off and a good sign that the cactophile would not be disappointed by not finding anything. It is also a reason why I dream of going back, and back again. |

| Hello Amante,
That's an impressive clump of geminispina. Seems that you had the time of your life. _________________ Chris admin

| I feel like I have to stay there forever and never get bored. But life has to go on. |

| I posted this before the server problem, so try to repeat. The clump shown, Amante, is a nice white spined variety, but I was surprised as just how much variation there was, which we don't tend to see in collections. This photo was taken in 2005 between Venandos and Meztitlan: _________________ Chris43, moderator

| True,. So true and a very nice picture Chris. Even at the same place there is some variation albeit not by much. Look at this clump/s. It is possible that these were actually two clumps that when they grew up got entangled. |
