Rooting a tubercle? Empty
PostSubject: Rooting a tubercle?   Rooting a tubercle? Icon_minitimeThu Jul 31, 2008 1:04 pm

A small bird got into the greenhouse recently, and it managed to snap off a coupl eof tubercles from a plant of Mammillaria longimamma. Now that they have calloused over, I was thinking of trying to root them. I have heard of this being done, but have never tried myself - yet.
So does anyone know of any successes or any tips to try?
