I think this could be a Mammillaria rekoi ssp. aureispina f.ma lutea or affinis L 1055
(Huitzilopochtlia n.3 pag.19/20)

Thank you for your help in identifying this Mammillaria for me, the thing that had me wondering was the white flower as for the plant it self it was saying that it was rekio,this was the way i had it labelled but when flowered i was expecting a red flower once again thank you Maurillio.
