I moved your topic, as it is about identification, so more would see it here. Your photo is also far too big, so I saved it, used the forum photo store, as well as cropping the plant so it can be seen also. I suggest you read how to post photos.
Its an odd photo, as there doesn't appear to be a growing point to the plant. At first look, I would say it probably is one of the M. lasiacantha complex, but it needs a lot more light, as if it is, you should hardly be able to see the plant body.
