Some say that this is parkinsonii others that is is albilanata and others haageana ssp elegans. Is it one of these or is it something else?

I agree with Walter it is a form of Hahniana. One of the less hairy forms. Your second plant (s) is also Hahniana. Is the second plant a large or small specimen, as it appears to be 3 seperate young plants. A trait of nurserymen to get you believing its an older or multiheaded form, not very common with true Hahniana.
