SB91 is from Meztitlan, Hidalgo, Mexico and according to some authorities is the "proper" sempervivi, those with pink flowers being given the name pseudocricigera. I do know this plant matches what I saw near the bridge at Venados on the road to Meztitlan, in form and in flower. It is flowering well this year!
