What is your opinion about this plant?



Is it M. orcutti?

Neither of these are orcuttii, or at least they are not like my orcuttii PM38 shown below.
The first looks like M. hertrichiana to me, and the second M. hahniana ssp woodsii.





The nature of radial spines is a key differentiator. M. orcutti has hairlike radials, very short, on new areoles, soon vanishing. On both your plants, old areoles have distinct radial spines.
