None of them are M. uncinata, which has a very central spine which is hooked to a greater or less extent.
I think they are all M. magnimamma or compressa, still too young to be sure, but the difference between the two appears to be that M. compressa always has pink flowers, and also has bristles in the axils. M. magnimamma has some wool but no bristles in the axils, and often cream flowers.
