Just got this one today and it looks like none of my other cacti.
Some sort of Mammillaria?? Mam10

Can someone please tell me what it is so that I can care for it correctly?

OK, first and foremost it is not a Mammillaria or any of the genera this forum is aimed at.
With its clearly ribbed and columnar form, my first guess would be that it is an Echinocereus, but I don't know the species.
In terms of cultivation, if it is an Echinocereus I'd just give it an open compost, lots of grit, keep dry over winter, bring into growth in early Spring. Where you are gets fairly warm early compared to my native UK, so the winter rest might need to be shorter.
