| I think its M. spinosissima ssp. pilcayensis. Check in the A-Z gallery, under S, spinosissima, about half way through. Spine colours can vary, white to light yellow. _________________ Chris43, moderator

| Hi jfabio, now there's a thought!! I guess it might be, but its a bit columnar for Rebutia, I'd think. But we all always learning..... I've looked again at the photos, and I am fairly sure that I can see axils between the tubercles in a few places, but not in everywhere as the tubercles are too close to see properly at the angle of the photo.. I've highlighted a couple in the amended image below. So could the OP please look and say if there are axils at the base of the tubercles. That'd definitely say if its a Mamm or not. _________________ Chris43, moderator
