Please help for the ID of this one

It has 15 radial spines, 2 central spines, pyramidal tubercle and pink flower

I would suggest that it is one of the M. sonorensis / standleyi complex. Depending on how much of a splitter you are, and want a single species, I'd prefer sonorensis, though this is quite variable.
