1st photo left - I think could be M. rekoi form.
1st photo right - looks like M. eriacantha.
2nd photo - difficult to tell the size, and I'd like to know how those flower buds develop. I have an idea, but unless it has been kept in too little light, I'm probably wrong. Post a photo when the flowers are out, and I'm sure we'll get it then.
3rd photo - as Joseph says.
