Hi everybody, my first post here and first question. I have this Coryphantha (I think so) for about 8 years. Never bloomed, healthy, new growth every year and VERY slow growing!!!

Hi,
Yes, it certainly looks like a Coryphantha at first sight, but I'm not sure it is.
I would expect to see the axil at the base of the tubercle, and either a complete or partial groove between the areole and the axil. As I can't see any evidence of these, I am therefore tending to think that it might be a South American species, maybe on eof the Eriosyce compex?

Thank's Chris. Mystery remains Smile When I bought this one I didn't know so much about cacti - today I know much more but this one is still enigmatic. If it blooms some day everything will be much easier!
I'll be free to put some others for ID but much easier (I think so)!
