With no other responses from our usually well informed forum members I will hazard a guess at M. Xaltianguensis. A member of the Nunezii group, which has occasionally hooked spines, as your plant displays. If you know the colour of the flowers on your plant it would help. Usual colour is yellowish, with a red stripe outside the petals.

I also agree, here is a description: thorns central 3-5 sometimes uncinadas, brown purple or yellowish, with reddish tips and of 16 to 20 thorns translucent radial, white . The flowers, of yellowish pale rose to red vermilion
