To take a first guess I would say something from the M.hahniana psssibly ssp bravoae.

I have one plant that looks just like this and came labeled M. cadereytensis (which I believe is a synonim to M. perbella).

This plant has 5-6 central spine, white, straight, darker at tip.

Looks rather like a small plant I have labelled as mammillaria hahniana ssp woodsii.
