This plant is marked as Mammillaria albilanata ssp reppenhagenii, but I think it is incorrect.
It could be a Mammillaria haageana ssp conspicua.
what do you think?

M. albilanata ssp reppenhageni is a plant that I have great difficulty in growing well. But they haven't looked like this plant. This one looks much more like M. haageana to me. M. haageana ssp conspicua often has longer and browner central spines, not short black, so I would put it closer to M. haageana (which is how D. Hunt sees all of his previous subspecies now).
