That's a surprise for me, Mark. My pluomosa flowers much later im the year.
However I do have a M. hernandezii in flower, a lone bud that stayed alive though many didn;lt at the end of last year when I would normally have expected them to open. Is this global warming, or is it that I used a whitewash on my greenhouse last year and the light levels were lower?

A surprise for me too, normally plumosa flowers at the end of the year. Maby some buds were formed last year, but never break trough and now here they are. Hernandezii and solisioides can have have the same habit.
