Hi
I’ve been growing cacti for 50 years. Until Herr Reppenhagen I had a collection of about 80% of the accepted Mammillaria species. Around 10 years ago work commitments got overwhelming and my plants suffered big time. I almost gave up on them.
Now semi retired I’m focussing again on my plants.
I lost over half of my Mammillarias to neglect in those heavy work years, but things are now looking up again.
I grow most of my new plants from seed, especially since the continental growers were essentially closed off to us.
I also grow Echinopsis hybrids, Aylosteras and Pterocacti, along with a general collection of other cacti and a few succulents.
