Need an Id on this specimen.  It is columnar in growth habit.  Sap is milky. Two central dark spines and approximately 17 whitish finer radial spines.  The top 1/4 of the plant has very wooly axils.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

Maybe I found its name, it could be mammillaria chionocephala ritteriana Smile
