I believe your plant is a variety of m. crinita, which does include m. zeilmanniana, but your plant has the yellowish spines more associated with m. crinita. Possibly sub. wildii.

Almost all of what is now known in the trade as M. zeilmanniana come from a collection in the 1920's. It remained undiscovered again until 1987, but I don't think that clones of this discovery have made their way into widespread cultivation.

There are many forms now in cultivation, including white flowered ones, but they all have the very recognisable glossy green body.
