Hi, I'm very new to cacti and all things Mammillaria.  I found a Elongata Cristata in my local garden centre in a cute little skull pot and just had to buy it.
While surfing the web finding out how to care for "Fred" I came across different types of mamms  and quite like the look of them and that lead me here  Very Happy .

Long story short, I think I've been pricked by the mamms bug....if you pardon the expression  Laughing

So I'm here to learn and pick up tips and even try to grow some from seed, one day even pass on knowledge to other newbies.

Welcome Spikey,

Certainly if you ever have a problem or require a name for a plant or advise on seed raising don't be afraid to ask. Someone will try and give you an answer as soon as possible. Good luck!
