Not morganiana, I'm afraid, as that species has yellow flowers. This looks more like albata to me, which some say is a form of geminispina ssp leucocentra; or it might even be a very unhairy form of hahniana, but I'd go with the first, albata. I see there's a proper hahniana behind that plant Very Happy

I would agreed with chirs with M.geminispina leucocentra / albata due to the black tipped spines.
If it was M.hahniana I would expect the spines to be a bit longer, more darker and a touch thiner.
